JHQ Collective is an NDIS-aligned movement and wellbeing provider delivering creative, trauma-informed group programs that support participants in building confidence, emotional regulation, coordination, and social connection.
With a focus on both Capacity Building and Core – Social & Community Participation supports, JHQ Collective creates safe, inclusive spaces where individuals can engage in meaningful group experiences that strengthen independence, communication, and everyday life skills through movement and creative expression.
Founded by Brock Jays, JHQ Collective draws on over 25 years of professional experience in dance, performance, and facilitation. Each program is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and adaptable—meeting participants where they are and encouraging growth at their own pace.
Signature programs include Vibe Nation, Youth Nation, and Stomp’d by JHQ Collective—a rhythm-based movement experience grounded in percussive expression, coordination, and creative confidence. These programs are designed not only to build skills, but to nurture a sense of belonging, self-expression, and community connection.
JHQ Collective is actively embedded within the Shoalhaven community, delivering and developing programs through local networks and spaces including DanceWorks, Stella Studios, and Youthie (Nowra), while continuing to build relationships with organisations such as Interchange Shoalhaven.
A key highlight for the coming months is founder Brock Jays’ participation in Stars of Nowra in collaboration with the Shoalhaven Netball Association, alongside Sarah Reynolds, as well as involvement connected to Stars of Wollongong. These high-profile community events represent an exciting opportunity to further connect JHQ Collective with the local region and showcase the power of movement, performance, and community engagement.
Looking ahead, JHQ Collective is in an exciting early stage of growth, with plans to expand its program offerings and build a team of heart-led facilitators who are driven by genuine human connection and community impact. New programs are already in development, including fitness-based movement experiences such as Vibe Fit, as well as more introspective, somatic-focused offerings like Flow—designed to support deeper regulation, embodiment, and self-awareness.
As JHQ Collective continues to grow, its vision remains clear: to create accessible, empowering spaces where people feel supported to move, express, connect, and thrive—both individually and as part of a stronger, more connected community.
